About Radiant Power
• In May 2021, Radiant Power Co., Ltd., with registered capital of THB 500 million, was established by joint venture between Mr. Peerawat Pumthong and Mr. Chatchaval Jiaravanon as an investment vehicle in power sector through out Asian region. The Company has targets to achieve a minimum of 1,000 MW installed plant capacity through green field and brown field projetcs, and to be listed itself in Stock Exchange of Thailand (“SET”) within 3 years.
• Since April 2022, Mrs. Preeyanart Soontornwata has become another major shareholder and director of the Company. With her expertise and management members, including Mr. Chote Chusuwan, the Company possess of valuable human resources with over 30-year direct experience in energy sector.
• The Company has acquired major shares in Pattanathurakit Co., Ltd. (“PT”) since 16 June 2022. PT has been commercially operating 3 solar power plants in 3 locations: Nonthaburi, Supanburi, and Saraburi with total installed capcity of 14.35 MW since December 2016.
• Together with the team who has experience in both Conventional and Renewable Power, The Company is currently focusing on development of several types of solar power projects in Thailand.
